It was decided after the tendering process to erect two concrete radar towers in in Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago as designed (right).

Barbados will be provided with a steel tower similar in design to the image on the left. The room under the radome will house the necessary radar equipment.  Included in the design will be a building to house the electrical equipment.
